On December 8, 2025, a collective with over 70 years of history – the National Academic Folk Choir of the Republic of Belarus named after G.I.Tsitovich – will perform in the Big Hall of the Belarusian State Philharmonic.

The program “Traditions in the Palms of Modernity” reflects the careful attention modern people have paid to national traditions and will offer audiences an unforgettable encounter with folk music.

The concert will feature Belarusian folk songs arranged by G.I.Tsitovich and M.P.Drinevsky, including a cappella hits and vocal and choreographic compositions beloved by audiences.

The choir will also surprise with this season's premieres and original compositions by Artistic Director A.V.Sukharev. This collective, rightfully considered a “national treasure of Belarus,” will captivate audiences as it reveals the true beauty of Belarusian folk songs, preserving traditions in the palm of our hands.
