“Lyudmila Zykina’s voice is known everywhere. It stands out from thousands of others in the most remote corners of our vast country. Solemn and bright, broad and powerful, tender and tremulous, Zykina's inimitable voice...,” noted composer Rodion Shchedrin.

A concert program prepared by soloist Ekaterina Bulatovskaya, accompanied by the National Academic Folk Orchestra of the Republic of Belarus n.a. I.Zhinovich under the direction of Honored Artist of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Kremko, is dedicated to the memory of the great Lyudmila Georgievna Zykina. The concert “How Can I Not Love This Land?” will be performed on the stage of the Big Hall of the Belarusian State Philharmonic Society. The most famous songs from the singer’s repertoire will be performed: “The Volga River Flows”, “Orenburg Downy Shawl”, “A Young Sailor Goes on Leave”, “Where Can I Get Such a Song?”, “The Daisies Have Hidden” and many others.
