Vladislav Pligovka was born in Polotsk in 1986. When he was 5 years old he took the musical instrument for the first time. From that time and during many years one talented professor Mihail Ivanovich Ivashkin have been leading and watching attentively the young musician's development and formation. He was the man who managed to discover and diversify in full the young musician's talent.
The first success came very soon. In 1993 when he was 7 years old Vladislav performed for the first time "The Children's Album" of P.I.Chaikovsky at the International Contest in St.Petersburg (Russia) and won the recognition of the audience.
Thanks to his own work and his teacher he have managed to gain wonderful results during all the years of his studies in the Music School and in Novopolotsk Music College.
In 2006 Vladislav entered the Belarussian State Academy of Music to the class of the professor Nikolay Ivanovich Sevrukov, Honoured Artist of the Republic of Belarus, who educated the entire generation of the talented musicians.
