Ансамбль песни и танца «Легенда» (художественный руководитель и главный хормейстер – заслуженный деятель искусств Украины Марина Витальевна Комарова) – был создан на базе Луганской областной филармонии в 2002 году, а в 2022 году стал коллективом Ростовской государственной филармонии. Ансамбль с радостью принимают в Беларуси, Польше, Италии, Франции, Швейцарии и Эстонии.
