19 сентября 2023 года, в Большом зале Белорусской государственной филармонии состоялась приветственная встреча трудового коллектива с руководством. На встрече присутствовала заместитель начальника главного управления государственных специальных культурных мероприятий и профессионального искусства Татьяна Анатольевна Пархамович.
Генеральный директор Александр Иванович Никита поздравил творческие коллективы и администрацию с началом 86-го концертного сезона и поприветствовал молодых специалистов, влившихся в коллектив филармонии. А.И.Никита отметил: «Нынешний концертный сезон проходит в Год мира и созидания, и мы, несомненно, своим созидательным трудом вносим вклад в процесс консолидации белорусского народа». Генеральный директор выразил уверенность в том, что прошедшая отпускная кампания позволила накопить силы, «поймать волну» вдохновения для мощного старта и сохранения воодушевления на период всего сезона.
Александр Иванович с гордостью поделился информацией о 100-процентной готовности филармонии к встрече со зрителем, а также об улучшении условий для творческой деятельности артистов.
Художественный руководитель Юрий Николаевич Гильдюк рассказал о предстоящих концертах сезона 2023–2024, акцентировав внимание на значимых для белорусской культуры юбилейных датах и премьерах произведений отечественных композиторов, и присоединился к поздравлениям.
