If a personal reception day falls on a public holiday or a holiday declared non-working by the President of the Republic of Belarus, the personal reception day is transferred to the next working day.

Appointments for personal matters are made daily from 9:00 to 18:00. No appointments are made on the day of reception itself.

Procedure for Submitting Electronic Appeals of Citizens and Legal Entities

Electronic appeals are submitted to state bodies and other state organizations only through the Unified (Integrated) Republican Information System for Recording and Processing Appeals of Citizens and Legal Entities – the Appeals System, located at https://обращения.бел. Access to the Appeals System is provided free of charge.

Appeals received by email are not subject to acceptance, registration, or consideration (paragraph 4 of subparagraph 7.2 of paragraph 7 of the Council of Ministers Resolution of 29.04.2010 No.645 “On the Procedure for the Functioning of Internet Sites of State Bodies and Organizations”).
