Сегодня, 29 марта 2023 года, в Малом зале им. Г.Ширмы состоялась отчётная конференция первичной профсоюзной организации работников Белгосфилармонии. Для работы конференции в президиум были избраны генеральный директор Никита Александр Иванович, председатель первичной профсоюзной организации Каргаполов Алексей Анатольевич, ведущий инженер по охране труда Андрейчикова Валентина Петровна и заведующий организационным отделом центрального комитета Белорусского профессионального союза работников культуры, информации, спорта и туризма Гук Елена Ивановна.

На повестку конференции были вынесены следующие вопросы: отчёт о работе профсоюзного комитета, о ревизионной комиссии, о внесении изменений в состав профсоюзного комитета, выполнении коллективного договора за период 2020–2023 гг., о принятии коллективного договора на 2023–2026 гг.

Генеральный директор А.И.Никита проинформировал об общей концепции коллективного договора и сделал акцент на ключевых нововведениях документа, которые направлены на решение социально-трудовых и профессиональных проблем работников, а также обеспечение эффективной и стабильной деятельности филармонии. В частности, речь шла о новых проектах по организации санаторно-курортного лечения, культурно-массовой и спортивно-оздоровительной работы, защите трудовых и социально-экономических прав и законных интересов членов профсоюза Белгосфилармонии.

В целом, работа профсоюзного комитета учреждения получила достойную оценку со стороны делегатов конференции. Итогом явилось утверждение решений, выносившихся на обсуждение.
