Reservations of tickets paid by bank transfer by legal entities are carried out by the ticket sales department by phones +375 17 396 73 57, +375 17 366 76 92 (Mon-Thu 9.00–17.00, Fri 9.00–16.00).
Attention! 1 (one) calendar day before the start of the concert, reserved but unpurchased tickets go on general sale.
TICKETS CAN BE PAID FOR:

- using the payment system “Raschet” (ERIP);
- payment cards.
When making a payment in the “Raschet” (ERIP) system, you should select:

The cost of the commission fee and the cost of additional services is not charged for the return of admission tickets .
The return of the entrance ticket on the initiative of a citizen or a legal entity is carried out not later than 1 (one) calendar day before the day of the cultural and entertainment event. In this case, the citizen or legal entity that returned the admission ticket is compensated 75% of the cost of the admission ticket (Code on Culture of the Republic of Belarus from 20.07.16 №413-3, Article 217).

The refund procedure for admission tickets, including tickets purchased online (e-tickets):
- tickets cannot be exchanged;
- it is obligatory to have a cheque or other document confirming payment when returning a ticket;
- for the return of entrance tickets paid by legal entities by bank transfer and received on delivery note, please contact the Ticket Sales Department (+375 17 396 73 57, +375 17 366 76 92 (Mon-Thu 9.00–17.00, Fri 9.00–16.00);
- entrance tickets can be returned on the initiative of a citizen or a legal entity not later than one (1) calendar day before the day of the cultural and entertainment event. In this case, the citizen or legal entity that returned the admission ticket is compensated 75% of the cost of the admission ticket (when making the return, bring your passport).
In case of change of the announced time (terms) and (or) place of the cultural and entertainment event, replacing it with another one:
- citizen, legal entity have the right to visit this cultural and entertainment event on the basis of the available admission ticket on the day to which it is postponed (except for the case of cancellation of the cultural and entertainment event);
- the citizen, legal entity have the right to return the admission ticket and receive monetary compensation for the cost of the admission ticket sold on the original date of the event in full, no later than the date on which the event took place.
In case of cancellation of the cultural and entertainment event:
- citizen, legal entity has the right to return the entrance ticket and receive monetary compensation for the cost of the entrance ticket in full before the planned date of the event and within 3 (three) calendar days after it.
